Reservations & Payment

Spots for all Craftolog’y workshops and events are limited. We kindly ask that all guests reserve their spot in advance. A full payment is required to confirm your reservation. We accept payment through GoDaddy Payments, which may include major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other supported wallet options such as Paze where available. Your reservation is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

Cancellations & Refund

You may reschedule your workshop if you request it at least 72 hours in advance. Workshop fees are non-refundable, and we are unable to issue refunds for last-minute cancellations or no-shows. However, your booking is transferable, please let us know if you’d like to transfer your spot to another participant. If a workshop or event must be canceled by Craftolog’y due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or may reschedule for a different date at no additional cost.

No Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled workshop or event without prior notice, you will be considered a no-show. Repeated no-shows may result in being restricted from making future reservations. This policy helps ensure availability for guests who are committed to attending.

Arrival & Session Time

Please arrive on time for your scheduled workshop or event. Arriving late may reduce your session time. If you anticipate being delayed, please contact us to let us know.

Studio Etiquette

We ask all guests to respect the studio, staff, instructors, and fellow participants. Guests are responsible for keeping their work area tidy before leaving. Only registered participants may take part in workshops; please do not bring unregistered guests without prior approval.

Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal items during workshops. Craftolog’y at Snibspace is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.

Workshop Conduct

Participants are expected to act respectfully toward instructors, staff, and other attendees. Craftolog’y reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the workshop experience or poses a safety risk, without refund.

Photography & Media

Workshops and events may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. By attending, participants consent to the use of images or videos that may include them, unless prior notice is provided to opt out.

Health & Safety

Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during workshops. Craftolog’y maintains a safe working environment and follows standard health and safety practices. Please inform instructors of any allergies, medical conditions, or other concerns that may affect your participation.

Liability

Participants attend workshops at their own risk. Craftolog’y is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property that may occur during workshops, except where required by law.

Changes to Terms

Craftolog’y reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Participants are encouraged to review this page before registering for workshops.
